  • Perishability: Our products are perishable. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • Allergen Warning: While we take precautions, our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten). Please review product descriptions carefully.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We use third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions or technical failures on the gateway’s end.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Standard Cancellation: Since our food is prepared fresh to order, cancellations are only accepted within 10 minutes of placing the order.

  • Refunds: If a product is delivered in a damaged state or if there is a missing item, you must notify us via contactus@theedibles.in within 1 hour of delivery with photographic proof.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: delivery location constraints, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The “Edibles” brand name, logo, and all content on www.theedibles.in are the exclusive property of Fork Over Knives Private Limited. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of our trademarks or content is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fork Over Knives Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or inability to use the Website/App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
